Wind Surfing Tips

There are a number of things that you will need to know and if you are a beginner in the sport, your instructor will always guide you. Shoulder control, front foot forward and extended arms are some important techniques to be followed. For speed tips, you need to listen carefully to your instructor. There are some general wind surfing tips to be followed.
» Before leaving, always make sure you tell someone where you are headed and when to expect you back.
» The weather forecast is to be considered before leaving.
» Don't try to windsurf alone, as there is safety in numbers.
» Drink plenty of water to keep away dehydration.
