Day 1 » Arrival at Delhi
We are given a traditional welcome at New Delhi International Airport at
late night. Our travel manager greets and takes you to the hotel. Check-in
and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 » Delhi

After
relishing the breakfast, we leave for morning sightseeing tour of Old Delhi.
Age-old monuments, narrow streets and bustling bazaars are the hall mark of
Old Delhi. Red Fort, built in 1648, the Jama Masjid, the greatest mosque in
India, and Raj Ghat, memorial to Mahatma Gandhi, is next in our trip. We
leave for city sightseeing of New Delhi later in afternoon.
Driving past the government buildings of British Raj including the India
Gate and Presidential Palace, we continue onto the marvelous Humayun's Tomb
and Qutab Minar, world's tallest brick minaret. We savor exclusive dinner at
'Chor Bizarre', which is the only restaurant serving the most authentic
Kashmiri food from the south of the valley. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 » Delhi - Agra
After taking a leisurely breakfast we drive to Agra (203 km / 4 hours).
Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Later in afternoon we board on a
decorated Tonga (horse carriage) from your hotel to the Taj, the most
beautiful mausoleum in the world. This architectural masterpiece was built
by Shah Jahan for his beautiful wife Mumtaz Mahal. It ensures the top
priority for every visitor coming to India. The guests stay at the Taj Mahal
to witness its beauty during sunset. Then follows a magic show later in the
evening. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 » Agra - Samode
We visit the mighty Agra Fort after breakfast. Lying on the bend of the
river Yamuna, Agra Fort is placed almost in the heart of the town. Mughal
emperor Akbar built it as his citadel over the years 1563-73 in the finest
architectural style.
We then drive to Samode en route visiting Fatehpur Sikri. Impressive
sandstone fortress of Fatehpur Sikri was built in 16th century and occupied
for only a few years before being abandoned forever. Our drive to Samode
resumes there onwards.
Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Small principality of Samode lies 50 km
northwest of Jaipur and dates back to 16th Century. Samode Palace is still
full of architectural delights.
A candle light dinner is organized at the Sam dunes. We also board Camel
Cart in the evening and travel up to Sam dunes. Rajathani dance and music
performances will temp you to match the foot steps for a while. The barmen
keep on serving drinks of your choice simultaneously. Then follows a
bar-be-que dinner, a low seating candle light dinner on the Sand dunes. We
return to hotel for an overnight.
Day 5 » Samode - Jaipur
We leave to explore the surroundings of Samode villages in morning before
moving to Jaipur. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Our afternoon city tour
of Jaipur includes many fine palaces and buildings, including Hawa Mahal and
open air Jantar Mantar Observatory. It was actually in 1853 when Jaipur
gained its famous title, the 'Pink City'. It was painted pink for the first
time in honour of a visit from Prince Albert. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 6 » Jaipur

As
we finish the breakfast, we move to visit Amber Fort. Located on a ridge
just outside Jaipur, offers a fascinating insight into the lifestyle of the
Mughal ruling families. We mount our caparisoned elephant at the foot of the
hill climbing up slowly to the main gate, making our entrance in a royal
manner. A cycle rickshaw ride through the bustling bazaars, textile, blue
pottery, carpet weaving, semi-precious stones and local crafts are some
other highlights in Jaipur. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 7 » Jaipur - Udaipur
After taking our lunch we transfer to Airport to fly for Udaipur. Arrival
and check-in at the hotel. Morning sightseeing tour of City Palace. This
spectacular palace is an assemblance of not one but four separate palaces
spread over in around four acres. Rooms in the palace have mirrored walls
and ivory doors, colored glass windows and inlaid marble balconies.
We then leave for boat cruise on Lake Pichola at sunset and visit the
Jagmandir Island in the middle of romantic Lake Pichola. It offers a
magnificent view of the City Palace, Lake Palace and Sajjangarh Fort.
Savoring the dinner at Crystal Gallery at Fateh Prakash Palace hotel is
next in our plan. City Palace Complex is located on the shore of Lake
Pichola and while having your dinner at Crystal Gallery, we witness the lit
up Lake Palace right in the middle of the lake. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8 » Udaipur
The day starts with city sightseeing trip of Udaipur. This romantic Lake
City in southern Rajasthan, is famous for the stunning white marble palace
built on an island amidst Lake Pichola. Erstwhile palace of Maharana has now
been converted to one of the most glamorous hotels in India. It covers the
magnificent City Palace, Jagdish Temple and a drive around other lakes
located nearby. Sahelion-ki-Bari (Garden of Maidens) and Folk Art Museum are
other highlights of Udaipur.
We are free in afternoon for own activities and savor the luxuries at the
hotel.
An exclusive dinner on floating platoon on the Lake Pichola will be a
memorable experience for you. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 9 » Udaipur - Delhi
We transfer to the airport to fly for Delhi. Arrival and check-in and
overnight at the hotel.
Day 10 » Departure
We relish the yummy breakfast and transfer to the airport as the tour ends
here. Fly back home.
