Day 02 » Madras - Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram
Morning have a quick shower and a hurried breakfast. Today you will drive to Kanchipuram. Kanchi was a major seat of Tamil learning for ages. This place is an important place of pilgrimage for Buddhists, Jains and Hindus. From here you will move to Mahabalipuram. Kanchipuram is located 70 kms west of Mahabalipuram. Overnight at the hotel in Covelong.

Day 03 » Mahabalipuram - Tanjore
Morning after having breakfast makes an early departure for Tanjore. Your travel manger will show you Pondicherry enroute. In Pondicherry you can still feel a un avoidable French influence. Visit Pondicherry's main sights like the Rai Nivas, the Sacred Heart Church and the Sri Aurobindo Ashram. Continue your driving for Tanjore. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04 » Tanjore - Trichy
Morning after breakfast you will embark for a sightseeing tour of Tanjore. Apart from the Carnatic music, musical instruments, dance and traditional handicrafts, Tanjore or Thanjavur is famous for the Brahadeeswarar Temple. Later in post lunch start for Trichy.
